Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On November 9, 2017, Erin J. Roth tendered her resignation as Senior Vice President - General Counsel and Secretary of Wabash National Corporation (the “Company”) effective on November 30, 2017. Ms. Roth is leaving the Company to accept a position in the non-profit sector.
