DCP Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) announced in a press release dated September 2, 2009, that Mark A. Borer, president and chief executive officer of DCP Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner to the general partner of the Partnership, will present at the 2009 Master Limited Partnership Investor Conference, sponsored by the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships, at approximately 8:30 a.m. EDT on September 16, 2009, at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Borer will provide an overview of the Partnership.  The presentation will be webcast and will be accessible on the Partnership’s website under the Investor Relations Section along with the related presentation materials (www.dcppartners.com). A replay of the webcast will be archived for 30 days after the conference.
