ITEM 2.02  RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
     On February 18, 2009, Psychemedics Corporation issued a press release announcing preliminary results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
