On April 24, 2015, Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of its outstanding Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on May 29, 2015, to shareholders of record on May 15, 2015.
