On July 31, 2014, the Board of Directors of Territorial Bancorp Inc. announced a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.15 per share.  The dividend is expected to be paid on August 28, 2014 to stockholders of record as of August 14, 2014.  A copy of the press release announcing the declaration is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
