The reporting person was granted 508 restricted stock units on June 28, 2013 of which 100% of the shares subject to the restricted stock units of each grant vested on June 28, 2014. Such restricted stock units were previously reported in Table II on a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 4, 2014. |
