Ms Kathleen G. Bang, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, has informed the Company of her intention not to stand for reelection as a director upon the expiration of her term at the Company’s 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.  Ms. Bang has served as a Director of the Company since 1998.
