Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 28, 2006, Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (“TDS”) issued a news release announcing its results of operations for the fourth quarter of 2005 and certain other information. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
