We hereby announce that the Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, approved the Association Agreement to be signed between CEMIG, GASMIG, PETROBRAS and GASPETRO and its respective Appendices (Master Guidelines Plan, Association Timetables, Stockholders’ Agreement, Terms of Contract for Additional Supply of Gas, Bases of License Agreement for Preference in Supply of Gas, Arbitration Agreement, Bases for Contract for Sale of Shares, and Bylaws), and also the amount of the valuation of GASMIG.
