On August 1, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board
of Directors has authorized the implementation of a share repurchase program
pursuant to which the Company may repurchase shares of Company common stock in
an aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000. A copy of the Company's press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by
reference.
